I've been good, super busy! Moved into a new house then turned around and went to a beach vacation with my family. I just got home tonight after a grueling 18 hour day. I'm about to hit the hay! vacation was awesome! I didn't get a ton of "rest" per se but I had a lot of fun playing in the waves and hunting for shark teeth! Doing a lot of slowing down and paying attention myself ❤️
